Role Description The Data Analytics Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves delivering instructor-led training sessions on data analytics concepts, tools, and technologies, including topics such as data visualization, business intelligence, and foundational programming where relevant. The trainer will design and update course materials, create practical exercises and projects, and assess learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring learners, providing feedback and guidance, supporting career readiness through applied projects, and collaborating with the academy team to align training content with current industry trends. The trainer will also participate in workshops, bootcamps, and corporate training programs as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology skills, including familiarity with data analytics tools, databases, and relevant programming or visualization technologies.
- Candidates should possess Teaching and Training skills, with experience designing curricula, facilitating classroom sessions, and mentoring diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess Lecturing skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly, engage learners, and adapt delivery to different skill levels.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills that support practical demonstrations, real-world project design, and integration of analytics within applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong command of written and spoken English.
- Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or industry professional in data analytics, business intelligence, or related technology domains is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Chennai, manage multiple batches or programs, and stay current with emerging trends in AI and data analytics.
