About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager who will define and scale data systems, measurement frameworks, and decision infrastructure across Honda Digital Innovation India (HDII). This role operates at the intersection of analytics, data engineering, marketing and product strategy. You are responsible not just for insights but for ensuring that data is trustworthy, scalable, and embedded into every critical decision. You will lead how data flows from raw signals to metrics to decisions to business impact across products, platforms, and teams.
What will you do
Define and standardize north-star metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks across marketing and products
Design end-to-end analytics systems (tracking -> data models -> dashboards -> decisions)
Partner with Marketing and Product to build scalable data pipelines and reliable data layers
Establish data quality, governance, and metric consistency across teams
Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives influencing product roadmap and strategy
Build experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, causal analysis) for decision-making
Develop decision-grade dashboards and reporting systems
Manage and Mentor analysts and raise the bar on technical rigor and business impact
Core Skills
KPI design, funnel analysis, retention, LTV, attribution
Experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven analysis)
Strong ability to connect data → insights → decisions
Advanced SQL + Python
Data modeling (fact/dimension, event schema design)
Experience with modern data stack (e.g., BigQuery/Snowflake, dbt, Airflow)
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows
Cross-functional influence (Product, UX, Marketing, Business)
Stakeholder alignment at senior levels
Building scalable systems and processes
Your Profile
10–15+ years in Data/Product Analytics (4+ years in managerial roles preferable)
Proven experience building scalable data systems and measurement frameworks
Strong technical depth + business understanding
Track record of influencing product and business decisions at scale
Experience in mobility / digital platforms is a plus
English required
