Job Title: Data Analytics Instructor

Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Data Analytics professionals for instructor role to deliver engaging and comprehensive training on data analysis tools and techniques. As an instructor, you will empower MBA students to effectively extract, analyze, and visualize data, along with solving real-world business problems. This is a contract position based in Vadodara, focusing on hands-on learning and practical application.
Key Deliverables- Deliver engaging data analytics training programs, workshops, and seminars to meet defined learning objectives.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, datasets, exercises, and case studies.
- Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and exams, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in data analytics, incorporating relevant updates into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers to enhance course content and adapt to evolving student needs.
- Provide mentorship and support to students, guiding them through complex analytical challenges and career development.
SkillsMust-Have Skills
- Technical: Excel (advanced proficiency), SQL (querying, database management), Python (data manipulation, scripting), Power BI (data visualization, dashboard creation).
- Domain Knowledge: Data analysis methodologies, statistical concepts, business intelligence principles.
- Behavioural & Interpersonal: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Process & SOP: Experience in developing and documenting standard operating procedures for data analysis workflows.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues effectively.
Additional Information- This is a contract position in Vadodara with a standard probation period as per company policy.
- Preference will be given to those who can join from 01-April-2026
- You will be reporting to the Head of Training and will interact with the curriculum development and operations team.
- Full time opportunity based on the performance only.
