Role Overview
We are seeking highly experienced Senior Data & Analytics Engineers with over 10 years of industry experience to lead end‑to‑end data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidates will have deep technical expertise in building scalable data platforms using Snowflake, developing transformation pipelines with dbt, and leveraging AWS cloud services. Strong experience working in Agile environments is essential.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of professional experience in Data Engineering or Data & Analytics roles.
- Proficiency in Snowflake and dbt for data transformation and management.
- Extensive knowledge of AWS data services including S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and EC2.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, and data modeling techniques.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale data architectures and pipelines that support business needs and scalability.
- Build and optimize data models and transformation workflows utilizing dbt to ensure efficient data processing.
- Architect and manage scalable data warehousing solutions on Snowflake, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain high-quality ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Leverage AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and EC2 to support data solutions.
- Drive initiatives related to data quality, governance, and performance optimization to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment to promote best practices in data engineering.
