Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Engineer – Marketing Analytics with strong expertise in digital marketing analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, and Marketo. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in designing scalable analytics solutions, building data pipelines, and developing analytics-ready datasets using Databricks and modern cloud-based data engineering frameworks.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams,analytics professionals, and data engineering teams to deliver reporting solutions,campaign analytics, and customer insights across enterprise environments. You will be responsible for data ingestion, ETL/ELT workflows, governance implementation, and optimization of analytics platforms to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable analytics and reporting solutions using platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, and Marketo.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines, transformation workflows, and analytics ready datasets using Databricks and PySpark.
- Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes for ingesting and transforming marketing and campaign data from multiple enterprise sources.
- Implement and administer Unity Catalog, DBT models, and Data Governance frameworks within Databricks environments.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and analytics stakeholders to gather reporting and campaign analytics requirements.
- Optimize data models, processing pipelines, and query performance to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, security, lineage, and compliance standards across analytics platforms.
- Create dashboards, analytical datasets, and actionable insights to support strategic business and marketing decisions.
- Support Data Lake/Lakehouse architecture initiatives and modern cloud-based analytics implementations.
- Work with cross-functional engineering and analytics teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
Basic Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or Data Engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in one or more marketing analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, or Marketo.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and enterprise-scale ETL/ELT pipeline development.
- Experience implementing Unity Catalog, DBT, and Data Governance concepts within modern data platforms.
- Strong understanding of campaign analytics, customer analytics, and digital marketing data ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Data Lake and Lakehouse architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Medallion Architecture and Delta Lake implementations.
- Exposure to BI and reporting tools supporting marketing analytics use cases.
- Understanding of data quality frameworks, lineage tracking, and access control mechanisms.
- Experience working on enterprise analytics modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of cloud-native analytics optimization and scalable data processing frameworks.
- Exposure to customer intelligence, campaign performance analytics, and marketing attribution models.
