Ecoste: Data Analyst (Zoho Analytics | Power BI | SQL)

Job Summary
We are hiring a Data Analyst with strong expertise in Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and SQL to handle end-to-end data workflows including ETL, dashboarding, KPI tracking, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
→ Perform data extraction, transformation (ETL) using SQL
→ Develop dashboards in Zoho Analytics & Power BI
→ Integrate data from CRM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads
→ Build real-time KPI dashboards and MIS reports
→ Use DAX for advanced calculations and performance tracking
→ Conduct funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and trend analysis
→ Automate reporting and data pipelines
→ Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency
Required Skills
→ Zoho Analytics (Mandatory)
→ Power BI (Desktop + Service)
→ SQL (MySQL / SQL Server)
→ Advanced Excel (Pivot, Power Query)
→ DAX & Data Modelling
→ ETL & Data Pipeline Handling
→ Google Analytics
Preferred
→ Experience in FinTech / Loan / Risk Analytics
→ Exposure to Meta Ads & Google Ads data analysis
→ CRM data integration experience
Candidate Profile
→ 2+ years experience as Data Analyst
→ Strong SQL & dashboarding skills
→ Experience with large datasets
→ Good communication & stakeholder handling
