Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst , you will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to collect, clean, and analyze data. Your insights will support strategic business decisions, improve website performance, and contribute to overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Data Collection & Cleaning:
○ Gather data from multiple sources, including website analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
○ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through thorough cleaning and validation.
● Reporting & Dashboard Development:
○ Create regular performance reports and interactive dashboards to track key metrics.
○ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, user behavior, and sales performance.
● Trend Analysis & Insights:
○ Analyze website metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
○ Present actionable insights to cross-functional teams to support decision-making.
● Experimentation & A/B Testing:
○ Support the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests aimed at improving user engagement and conversion rates.
○ Provide data-backed recommendations based on test outcomes.
● Collaboration & Communication:
○ Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to understand business questions and data requirements.
○ Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
● Metrics & Data Points Analysis:
○ Traffic Metrics: Analyze page views, sessions, unique visitors, and traffic sources (organic, paid, referral, social) to assess website performance.
○ Engagement Metrics: Evaluate bounce rates, session duration, pages per session, and user flow to understand customer interactions.
○ Conversion Metrics: Monitor conversion rates, checkout funnel performance, cart abandonment rates, and user journey optimization to improve sales.
○ Revenue Metrics: Assess average order value (AOV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLV) to measure profitability.
○ Behavioral & Performance Metrics: Track click-through rates (CTR) on CTAs, heatmaps, scroll tracking, page load times, and SEO performance to enhance user experience and visibility.
