Job Summary:
The Data Analyst – Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) will serve as the data manager for one assigned trust (Education / Healthcare / Animal Welfare), while also contributing to organisation-wide data systems, dashboards and impact reporting across SRLC.
This role combines deep program-level monitoring with cross-trust learning and analytics, enabling SRLC to strengthen data quality, operational efficiency and evidence-based decision-making.
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibility – Assigned Trust
- Act as the data owner for all programs within one trust
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of program data
- Support data collection tools, trackers and monitoring systems
- Clean, analyze and review program data on a regular basis
- Create dashboards and reports for program and leadership reviews
- Generate insights on program performance, efficiency and outcomes
Secondary Responsibility – Organisation-wide Support
- Contribute to standardised M&E indicators and formats across trusts
- Support consolidation of data for SRLC-level reviews and reporting
- Assist in cross-trust dashboards and impact summaries
- Support learning, best practices and comparative analysis across programs
Ideal Profile:
- 3–6 years experience in data analysis, MIS or Monitoring & Evaluation
- Strong skills in Survey CTO, Excel / Google Sheets and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar)
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights for non-technical teams
- Experience in NGOs, CSR or social sector programs preferred
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and collaborative working style
