About the Company
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst – MIS & Presentation Specialist with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, data research, analytics, and PowerPoint presentations. The candidate should be capable of analyzing data and converting insights into professional and visually appealing presentations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and business research to collect relevant data
- Analyze large datasets and generate meaningful insights
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations based on research and analytical findings
- Present data in a visually engaging and easy-to-understand format
- Use Advanced Excel functions for reporting and analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting requirements
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports
- Ensure accuracy and quality of reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, or related field
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards, Formulas)
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation-making skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- Ability to convert raw data into meaningful visual reports
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving approach
Preferred Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, or Business Analytics
- Agency or corporate experience preferred
