We’re Hiring: Data Analyst (MIS & Analytics) & Digital Champion

Rane (Madras) Ltd – Aftermarket Products Division is looking for a seasoned professional who can blend data analytics, digital innovation, and AI-driven solutions to power smarter decisions and stronger field execution.

🔍 Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of analytics and digital transformation—enabling data-driven insights, building dashboards, and driving adoption of digital tools, AI, and automation across sales and field teams.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Analyze sales performance, pricing trends, and market data to generate actionable insights

• Build and manage dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel

• Lead development and deployment of digital tools/mobile apps for field teams

• Drive automation and AI-led solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making

• Manage external vendors/developers for digital initiatives and ensure timely delivery

• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement tech-enabled solutions

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

• MBA or equivalent qualification (Engineering background is an added advantage)

• Minimum 8 years of experience in analytics, digital transformation, or similar roles

• Strong expertise in analytics tools, digital platforms, and AI applications

• Experience in vendor management and working with external partners

• Understanding of sales processes and field operations

• Ability to convert data into business impact

📍 Location: Head Office, Chennai
