About the Internship
Zeno Talent invites passionate learners to apply for our 6-month remote internship program in Data Analytics.
This internship blends structured learning with real-world project experience, divided into two progressive stages designed to help you transition from foundational analytical skills to practical implementation.
Stage 1: Skill Development (First 3 Months)
- Interns will receive guided training covering key data analytics topics, including:
- Python for Data Analysis
- Data Cleaning and Data Preparation
- Statistics and Business Analytics Basics
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
- SQL and Database Management
- Data Visualization Techniques
- Working with Libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn
- Introduction to Business Intelligence Tools
- During this stage, interns will participate in interactive sessions, analytical exercises, and mentor-led activities to build a strong data analysis foundation.
Stage 2: Project Implementation (Next 3 Months)
- Interns who successfully complete the training phase will advance to work on real-world data analytics projects.
- These projects may involve tasks like:
- Performing data analysis and trend identification
- Creating interactive dashboards and visual reports
- Conducting customer behavior and business performance analysis
- Cleaning and preparing datasets for analytical insights
- Generating data-driven business insights and reports
- Performance during this phase will determine eligibility for a performance-based stipend up to ₹15,000.
- Interns will receive continuous mentorship, performance reviews, and feedback to enhance professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets
- Perform data analysis using Python, SQL, and analytical tools
- Create dashboards, charts, and reports to visualize insights
- Generate actionable insights to support business decisions
- Collaborate with team members to interpret results and present findings
- Participate in daily stand-ups, progress reviews, and mentorship sessions
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in data analytics

Eligibility Criteria

- Basic understanding of Python, Excel, statistics, or data analytics concepts
- Eagerness to learn tools such as Pandas, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Availability for full-time commitment (Monday to Friday) for 6 months
