Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will support our internal reporting and analytics systems built on Zoho Analytics and Zoho Dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage internal dashboards created in Zoho Analytics
• Maintain and update Zoho-based reporting systems
• Perform data cleaning, structuring, and formatting
• Assist in report generation and performance tracking
• Execute basic SQL queries for data extraction
• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate data reporting
• Ensure proper conditioning and structuring of datasets
  
  

Required Skills

Data & Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of data concepts
• Basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, JOIN)
• Basic knowledge of Advanced Excel
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Conditional Formatting
• Data cleaning & structuring
• Familiarity with visualisation tools like:
• Power BI
• Google Looker Studio
