Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst Intern role based in Patna. The intern will support data collection, cleaning, and validation activities related to training programs, learner engagement, and platform performance. Day-to-day tasks include organizing datasets, performing basic statistical analysis, and building dashboards or reports to track key metrics. The intern will help interpret data trends and provide insights that can improve program design, operations, and learner outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations and presenting results in a structured, accessible format.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational Analytical Skills and interest in Data Analytics to interpret datasets and identify trends.
- Basic understanding of Statistics and familiarity with statistical concepts used in data analysis.
- Ability in Data Modeling or organizing data structures to support reporting and analysis.
- Clear Communication skills for presenting data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets); exposure to analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or BI tools) is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, education-focused environment.
- Interest in the EdTech or education sector and commitment to ethical, data-driven decision-making.
