About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a vital member of our analytics team, you will take ownership of data for one of our core products, playing a crucial role in shaping strategic decisions through insightful data analysis. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare fintech industry, working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, measure performance, and develop impactful dashboards and reporting frameworks. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and possesses strong analytical skills, with a passion for translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in data analysis and related skills, including:
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with Python or R is a plus
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly interpret and present data insights
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify potential issues and opportunities independently
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant degree program such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
Responsibilities
