Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Teradata/SQL, Python, and Data Transformation techniques to support enterprise data analysis and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data management frameworks, exploratory data analysis, and translating complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, and the ability to derive actionable recommendations from data.
Key Responsibilities
Understand, analyze, and clarify business problems, opportunities, and analytical requirements.
Collect, clean, transform, and prepare large datasets for analysis and reporting.
Perform data mining and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights.
Develop and optimize SQL queries in Teradata for efficient data extraction and transformation.
Utilize Python for data processing, transformation, automation, and analytical modeling.
Create dashboards, visualizations, charts, and reports to communicate analytical findings effectively.
Present insights, recommendations, and business impacts to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Support implementation of data management frameworks and governance practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, product owners, and technology teams.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across analytical processes.
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience in Teradata and SQL
Hands-on expertise in Python
Experience in Data Transformation and Data Preparation
Understanding of Data Management Frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
Knowledge of exploratory data analysis techniques
