Role Description
We are looking for a tech-savvy Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a bridge between data and decision-making—responsible for uncovering actionable insights, building high-impact visualizations, and leveraging Generative AI to stay ahead of the curve. You will play a key role in automating our reporting ecosystem and driving data-driven strategies.
Qualifications
- Data Extraction & Modeling: Write complex SQL queries to extract data and build robust models for analysis.
- Visualization & BI: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and business performance.
- Analysis & Programming: Use Python (pandas, NumPy) to clean, transform, and perform advanced statistical analysis on large datasets.
- Reporting: Manage advanced Excel reporting and automated spreadsheets for stakeholder review.
- AI Integration: Utilize Generative AI tools to optimize workflows, automate documentation, and enhance data interpretation.
Required Skills & Bonus Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a professional data analytics role.
- Technical Stack - Expert proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query).
- Strong command of SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.).
- AI Literacy: Hands-on experience using Generative AI (LLMs/Prompt Engineering) to optimize analytical tasks.
- Experience with the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho Analytics, Zoho CRM).
- Knowledge of cloud data environments or automation tools.
