ABOUT THE ROLE
Troovy is a fast-growing D2C kids' nutrition brand with data spread across multiple platforms covering operations, logistics, revenue, and marketing. We're looking for a dedicated Data Analyst — someone who can build our entire reporting infrastructure from the ground up, own all analytics across the business, and turn fragmented data into clear, actionable decisions for every team.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Build the data foundation- Design and own the reporting infrastructure from scratch — consolidating data from across operations, logistics, revenue, and marketing into a single, reliable source of truth.
- Own all dashboards and reports- Build and maintain reporting for every function — from daily ops summaries to weekly marketing performance to monthly retention and revenue reviews.
- Be the analytics partner for every team- Handle ad-hoc requests from growth, operations, product, and leadership. Translate business questions into clear analysis and findings into decisions.
- Track customer behaviour and retention- Build cohort models, analyze new vs. repeat purchase patterns, and surface insights on what drives customers to come back — or not.
- Measure marketing performance- Own the reporting layer for paid and organic channels — ROAS, CAC, attribution, and spend efficiency across platforms.
- Support experimentation- Design and evaluate A/B tests across checkout, campaigns, and product — from hypothesis to result to recommendation.
- Track the full customer funnel- Set up and maintain product and web analytics to understand where customers drop off, convert, and migrate — and what to do about it.

GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience with dbt or similar transformation layers for clean data modelling
- Airflow or basic pipeline orchestration — even lightweight scheduling via Python cron
- Exposure to quick commerce platforms — how to pull their data and reconcile with D2C numbers
- Basic data warehouse setup experience (BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake)
- Prior experience at a D2C, FMCG, or high-growth startup where you owned analytics solo or in a small team
WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE
You've built a reporting stack before, not just used one. You know the difference between a raw data export and an actual answer. You're comfortable joining multiple sources to answer a question no one told you was possible. And you don't wait to be asked.
EXPERIENCE
- 1–3 years in a data analyst or analytics role
- Startup or D2C background preferred. Prior experience owning analytics solo or in a very small team is a strong signal.
- Built dashboards from scratch — not just maintained them
