Job Requirements

- However, as our business expands horizontally, we want someone to take over the data side of things from the PoV of helping us solve for visibility around the vertical of business, marketing and finance.
- The requirement for a Data Analyst, is to take the above to the next level by:
- Own all business data decisions, you become the single source of truth in helping the company grow.
Ideal Candidate
- 1-3 Years of Experience as a Data Analyst.
Technical Skills
- You need to be an SQL nerd, nothing should be impossible if it is in a structured table.
- Good experience with any visualisation tool is required (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Metabase, or any other tool). You should be able to differentiate between a good vs a bad dashboard.
Non Technical Skills
- You need to be money minded, if you’ve worked on business problem statements in the past (like pricing, discounting frameworks, etc), it is a plus.
- You should have strong analytical thinking, a solid understanding of operations and fulfillment processes, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that improve efficiency, accuracy, and performance.
Good To Have Skills
- Brownie points if you know Python and understand how the generally flow of any tech system works.
