We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with experience in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) and exposure to Great Plains (GP). The role involves data handling, validation, reporting, and financial data analysis within ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data exports and imports across ERP and PSA systems
- Review, validate, and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze datasets and create reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
- Work on ERP data posting and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related requirements
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards
- Be flexible to learn and adapt to new PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Business Central (BC)
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a plus
- Strong experience in data handling, cleansing, and validation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Basic to intermediate financial accounting knowledge
- Experience in ERP data posting and report generation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Experience with PSA tools (not mandatory)
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
