Job Role- Data Analyst
Job Summary
As a Data Scientist, you will deliver innovative Al and data science initiatives that directly impact business
strategy and outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies-such as
machine learning, deep learning, and cloud-based analytics platforms-to solve complex, real-world problems.
You will work in a team of talented data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

2. Key Mandatory Responsibilities -list what the person will be doing on a day-to-day basis:

Develop Advanced Analytical Solutions: Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models,
predictive analytics, and Al-driven solutions to solve complex business problems. Continuously
experiment with new algorithms and techniques to drive innovation.
Data Strategy and Governance: Define and implement data strategies, ensuring data quality,
governance, and compliance with best practices. Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data
pipelines and maintain data integrity across systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams-including business stakeholders,
product managers, and IT-to understand requirements, translate business needs into data solutions,
and communicate insights effectively.
Data Exploration and Visualization: Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
Create compelling data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to both technical
and non-technical audiences.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in Al, machine learning, and
data science. Promote a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the team.
Operational Excellence: Ensure best practices in model validation, performance monitoring, and
documentation. Address data quality issues, optimize ETL processes, and support the deployment and
maintenance of analytics solutions.
3. Job Requirements
Essential Skills:
Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and advanced
analytics solutions.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with libraries like
Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
Good understanding of big data technologies (e.g., Spark, SQL, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or
GCP) and experience working with large, complex datasets.
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data modelling, and predictive analytics techniques.
Extensive experience in data visualization and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts
to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with MLOps practices and deploying models in production environments.
Familiarity with AutoML, cloud-based Al services, and advanced deep learning frameworks (e.g.,
TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Good knowledge of domain-specific applications (e.g., Shipping).
Qualifications
Strong academic background with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics,
Mathematics, or a related field.
Certified Machine Learning Specialist, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, or similar
certifications are a plus.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in Al,
machine learning, and data science.
