We're looking for
Data Analysts!
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify automation opportunities using UiPath and RPA technologies
- Prepare detailed process documentation including workflow diagrams, process maps, As-Is and To-Be documentation, and automation specifications
- Evaluate automation use cases and business scenarios to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and process optimization
- Develop, manage, and track automation pipelines aligned with organizational automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, RPA Developers, and business teams to design scalable and efficient automation solutions
- Support automation testing, deployment activities, post-implementation support, and ongoing process maintenance
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, sprint planning sessions, and Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain requirement traceability, project documentation, and process governance throughout the automation lifecycle
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful delivery
- Identify reusable automation components and contribute to process standardization, governance practices, and framework improvements
- Prepare reports, presentations, case studies, and project updates for leadership teams and client stakeholders
- Monitor automation performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance process reliability and business outcomes
