Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune District for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will work closely with multiple teams to gather, process, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights. Responsibilities include performing statistical analyses, creating visualizations and dashboards, identifying trends, and contributing to strategic decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with campaign managers to forecast outcomes, optimizing data collection processes, and transforming complex data into clear, impactful reports for diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data collection methods, database systems, and data cleaning techniques
- Ability to interpret large data sets and generate actionable insights
- Knowledge of political campaigns, market research, or social science-related fields is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for presenting data-driven insights
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
