Recruit Forge is hiring a Data Analyst for one of its client organizations, Innova Solutions. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, uncovering insights, and supporting business decisions through analytics and reporting.
The role provides exposure to business intelligence workflows, data analysis tools, and dashboard development while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing datasets to generate actionable insights for business teams. You will work with SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis software to transform raw data into meaningful reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and manage data from databases
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize insights
- Perform statistical analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics for research and business insights
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with business teams, product managers, and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Prepare KPI dashboards, analytical reports, and predictive insights
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity in reporting systems
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SQL including joins, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions
- Experience developing dashboards using Tableau
- Knowledge of statistical analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics
- Good understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or Python
- Experience working with data warehouses and ETL tools
- Understanding of data modeling and data visualization best practices
- Experience in business intelligence reporting
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following fields:
- Data Science
- Statistics
- Computer Science
- Mathematics
- Economics or related discipline
