Role Description The Data Analyst role at PInterview is a full-time remote position focused on turning platform and user data into actionable insights. On a day-to-day basis, the Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, build reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, and perform exploratory and statistical analyses to understand user behavior and platform effectiveness. The role involves creating data models that support product, marketing, and operations teams, identifying trends and opportunities for improving user engagement and interview outcomes, and presenting findings in a clear and accessible way to stakeholders. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to continuous improvement of PInterview’s services and user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
- Solid understanding of Statistics to design analyses, interpret results, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience with Data Modeling to structure data for reporting, dashboards, and predictive or descriptive analytics.
- Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency with data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; Python or R for analysis) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with product, operations, or marketing data in an online platform or edtech environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
