We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst professional with a foundational understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts, combined with hands-on experience in DAX, Power Query, and semantic data models. The ideal candidate should be capable of interpreting business processes and performance metrics, conducting KPI analysis, and delivering meaningful business reports. Strong data visualization and storytelling skills are essential to transform complex data into actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable patterns across large and complex datasets.
▸ Design and implement data models, schema mappings, and semantic layers that support accurate and consistent reporting across business functions.
▸ Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions using DAX, Power Query, and semantic data models.
▸ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements; translate them into clear, reliable analytical deliverables.
▸ Conduct ongoing KPI monitoring and performance analysis - identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities to support data-driven decision-making.
▸ Build compelling data visualisations and storytelling narratives that simplify complex data for both technical and non-technical audiences.
▸ Work closely with data engineers and architects to ensure data pipelines, warehouse structures, and ETL processes align with analytical requirements.
▸ Perform data validation, profiling, and cleansing to maintain high data quality standards across reporting environments.
▸ Document analytical methodologies, data definitions, business rules, and report logic to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
▸ Proactively identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and streamline analytical workflows for efficiency.
▸ Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects requested by senior leadership or business units.
▸ Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of team standards, best practices, and analytical frameworks.
Mandatory Requirements:
· Should be able to understand business requirements
· Basic understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts and experience with DAX, Power Query, and semantic models.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills are required.
