Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 6+ years of experience in analyzing complex datasets, generating business insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Create and maintain SQL queries, data models, and reports.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, management, and technical teams.
- Generate weekly/monthly KPI reports and performance metrics.
- Support automation and optimization of reporting processes.
- Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SQL, Excel, and Data Analysis
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle
- Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting.
- Experience working with large datasets and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in business intelligence and reporting.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an added advantage.
