Role Description
The contract Data Analyst will accelerate the development and optimization of analytics solutions that support strategic leaders across our Agile delivery ecosystem. The contractor will bring technical expertise in SQL, dashboarding, and Agile tools, with a strong preference for experience in Atlassian Analytics. This assignment is pivotal in driving the development and optimization of agile methodologies and analytics solutions that support strategic leaders. The contractor will provide hands-on guidance and strategic insights, ensuring timely, high-quality data reporting and decision-making support. Key tasks include implementing Agile practices, utilizing tools such as Atlassian and Microsoft applications, and optimizing processes through Lean and Scrum methodologies.

Adobe Analytics — report suites, calculated metrics, segments, data warehouse
Adobe Launch tag management — rule creation, publish workflows, extension management, JavaScript
Tag validation & QA — data layer validation, report suite variable debugging
SQL — queries for data pulls, validation checks, reporting
Async-first, independent worker — minimal hand-holding, disciplined documentation
Availability overlap through 1:00 PM EST
Nice to have skills
BigQuery — preferred SQL dialect
Google Ads, Meta, SA360 paid channel data structures
AI-assisted insights pipelines — Gemini or equivalent, driver analysis, anomaly alerting
Tableau — dashboard maintenance, calculated fields, data source validation
Marketing pixels implementation experience
QA automation operationalization — prompts, thresholds, logic
Required Tools i.e. Jira etc
Adobe Analytics - Suite configuration, reporting, data warehouse
Adobe Launch (Tags) / Data Collection
JavaScript (intermediate)
BigQuery (preferred) / SQL platform
Years of Experience needed
4+ years — Adobe Analytics & tag management (primary focus)
3+ years — SQL, Tableau & insights automation (secondary)
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field
o e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, Information Systems
Equivalent relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
Strong hands-on Adobe Analytics & SQL background consider
