Job Description - Data Analyst

Adhikosh Financial Advisory Private Limited (operating as Kosh) is a Gurugram-based fintech startup founded in 2019 by IIT Delhi alumni, focusing on digital microfinance for India's blue-collar workforce. The company provides joint liability loans, savings, and investment products through its app, primarily serving over 30 districts across eight states.
Role Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and impact-driven Data Analyst who goes beyond reporting and
dashboards. This role is ideal for someone who can extract meaningful insights from complex datasets,
influence product and technology decisions, and help solve business problems at scale.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to ensure data is not just
analyzed—but translated into measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
1) Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance optimization).
2) Experience using Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation.
3) Working knowledge of Machine Learning concepts (regression, classification, clustering, feature
engineering, model evaluation).
4) Hands-on experience building or deploying basic ML models using libraries such as scikit-learn,
XG Boost, or similar.
5) Familiarity with AI tools and workflows (LLMs, prompt engineering, automation tools, model APIs,
etc.) to improve productivity or product capabilities.
6) Experience with BI tools such as Superset, Meta-base, or similar.
7) Strong understanding of metrics, KPIs, experimentation, and business logic.
8) Ability to move from data exploration to insight generation to actionable recommendations.
Experience -
1) 0–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, AI/ML, or a related role.
