o Identify software package instances, and mapping these against Technology Asset Inventory (TAI) system ownership or confirmed Sub-Asset Type categories within our CMDB (Service Now).
o Collaborating with the TAI owners to validate the hardware which the software is installed.
o Resolve rejections of software TAI ownership or End-of-Life dates.
o Resolve 3rd party vendor dates which appear incorrect for mapped software.
o Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
o Work with executives and other business leaders across all regions to identify opportunities for improvement.
o Periodic Management Reporting on the progress to key global stakeholders.
o Education & Awareness as needed about software end of life attributes.
o Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
