Role Description
The Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The role involves analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. Key responsibilities include data collection and organization, executing data analyses, creating data models, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and support key business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics
- Knowledge of Statistics and experience in Data Modeling
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and relevant software
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights
- Prior experience in the BPO or customer management sector is an advantage
