Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Translate business questions into data-driven solutions
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
- Automate data processes where possible to improve efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Understanding of business intelligence concepts
- Experience in a remote work environment
