About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Aditi Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data sets to derive actionable insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a basic understanding of MS Office tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to one year of experience to develop their analytical skills and gain exposure to various operational processes within a professional environment. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and assist in optimizing business strategies through data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Fresher or up to 1 year of professional experience in data analysis or related fields.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Educational background in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Exposure to customer service industry or backend operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
