Senior Data Analyst | Panchkula, India | Hybrid
We are working with a leading clinical research organization that delivers comprehensive data-driven solutions for pharmaceutical and medical device industries. They are seeking a talented professional to lead their data analytics operations and drive innovative data insights.
The Role
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts
- Oversee end-to-end execution of data analytics projects, defining scope and allocating resources
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Oversee data receipt, validation, quality checks, and secure handling of sensitive data
- Perform advanced data analysis, apply statistical techniques, and leverage data visualization tools
- Oversee the preparation of study reports, dashboards, and presentations
What You'll Need
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Clinical Data Analysis, or Biostatistics
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience in handling clinical/study data is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
