Role Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Analytics Lead to build and scale our data intelligence capabilities across loyalty and traceability programs.
This role will transform multi-dimensional data (user, coupon, scans, product, geo, time) into actionable insights that drive
User engagement,
Campaign effectiveness,
Fraud detection,
Product movement intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analytics & Insights: Analyse program-level and company-wide data to uncover user behaviour patterns, engagement and churn drivers, and product movement trends. Move beyond dashboards to generate actionable recommendations.
- Dashboarding & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Looker Studio. Build standardized views for clients (Marketing/Sales/Leadership) and internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Operations).
- Advanced Analytics Use Cases: Drive development of user segmentation, campaign ROI analysis, coupon/redemption behavior analysis, and geo- and product-based performance insights.
- Predictive & Data Science Initiatives: Translate business problems into analytical models including churn prediction, fraud detection logic, and demand forecasting.
- Data Structuring & Quality: Collaborate with the tech team to define data schemas, ensure clean and structured data pipelines, and identify gaps in data collection.
- Client-Facing Insights: Generate insights for clients in a simple, business-friendly format and help convert analytics into premium value-added offerings.
Success Metrics (First 6 Months)
- Built core dashboards across all active programs
- Identified at least 3 high-impact insights (e.g., churn drivers, misuse patterns)
- Enabled at least 1 new revenue-generating analytics feature
- Improved data visibility for internal decision-making
Requirements
Core Skills
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Proficiency in Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau for dashboarding
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Python (pandas, basic ML concepts)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Google BigQuery or similar
- Understanding of basic statistics and analytical modelling

Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence
- Experience in at least one of the following domains:

Supply chain / distribution analytics
