Hiring Data Analyst | Minimum 2yr Experience 

GetPeople is hiring on behalf of high-growth organzation based in Texas, seekinga Data Analyst with strong analytical depth and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• ​Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights
• ​Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze structured data
• ​Perform trend analysis, cohort analysis, and performance tracking across key business metrics
• ​Identify patterns and anomalies through exploratory data analysis
• ​Monitor KPIs and proactively flag deviations impacting business performance

Ideal Candidate:

• ​Minimum 2 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Strong command over SQL, Power BI, and Excel
• ​Detailed oriented
• ​Business focused mindset
