We are hiring a Data Analyst who is strong in Data Engineering & Pipeline Building | Python + Databricks
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5-7 years

We are looking for a seasoned Data & Analytics professional to lead the design and development of scalable data platforms and analytics solutions in a multi-cloud environment.
This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and advanced analytics, with an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies including Databricks and AI-driven analytics frameworks.
What you’ll be doing:
• Designing and owning end-to-end data pipelines and workflows
• Building scalable, high-performance data platforms using Databricks & Python
• Driving data architecture, modelling standards, and governance
• Working with cloud platforms (Azure / GCP) in a hybrid setup
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
• Mentoring and leading a high-performing analytics team
• Exploring AI/LLM-driven analytics use cases and automation
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering (PySpark, SQL, Databricks)
• Has worked on large-scale data platforms and pipeline orchestration
• Is comfortable with cloud ecosystems (Azure / GCP)
• Brings a mix of technical depth + leadership capability
• Has experience mentoring teams and driving best practices
Bonus if you have:
• Experience with streaming (Kafka / PubSub)
• Exposure to AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, etc.)
• Knowledge of modern data stack tools (Airflow, dbt, etc.)
