**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced, skilled Data Analyst to analyze business data, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, data analysis, MIS reporting, and data visualization, with good coordination skills and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from sales, purchase, inventory, and operational functions.
- Prepare **MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports** for management.
- Use **Advanced Excel** including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, and data visualization.
- Analyze sales, pricing, procurement, and operational trends to identify business insights.
- Maintain and validate databases, ensuring **data accuracy and integrity**.
- Support sales and purchase teams with data analysis, reports, and forecasts.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
- Identify opportunities for **process improvement and automation** using Excel, Power BI, or other data tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting and overall business efficiency.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in **business Analytics, Statistics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field**.
- **2–5 years of experience** in Data Analysis, MIS, or Business Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of **Advanced Excel** and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with **Power Query, Power BI, or SQL** is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
