Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Product Analyst to join our team. This role bridges the gap between data science, product development, and business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior, product performance, and market trends to drive data-informed decision-making and improve our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and business metrics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and measure product performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and prioritize product improvements.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and influence product decisions.
- Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and evaluate experiments to test new product features and user experiences.
- Data Strategy Support: Help shape the data infrastructure and tooling needed to support ongoing analytics needs. KPI Definition: Partner with product and business teams to define, monitor, and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Product Development Input: Provide data-driven recommendations throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch evaluation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business).
- 1+ year of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell stories with data.
Preferred
- Experience with data analysis.
- Familiarity with agile product development environments.
- Understanding of product lifecycle and user-centric design.
