Hiring: Data Analyst | Finesse Stock Broking Services Pvt. Ltd.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst to join our Strategy & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing data to support business decisions related to automation and operational scaling.
Candidates with strong foundational skills in Excel and Python and a good understanding of the Indian market landscape are encouraged to apply. Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Data Analyst
- Department: Strategy & Operations
- Reports To: Operations Manager / Senior Analyst
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years (Relevant experience preferred)
- Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Only Jaipur-based candidates preferred)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (Preferred fields: Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Administration)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organise data from internal and external sources.
- Build, maintain, and update reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Develop basic Python scripts to automate repetitive data tasks and reporting workflows.
- Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- Research Indian market data including sector trends, regulatory updates, and competitor analysis.
- Prepare structured summaries and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Support senior analysts with ad-hoc data requests and project deliverables.
- Maintain proper data documentation and ensure data accuracy across outputs.
- Stock market related experience must.
Required Skills:
Microsoft Excel
- Advanced proficiency required
- Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH
- Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charting
Python (Basic)
- Data handling using pandas
- Basic data manipulation
- Reading/Writing CSV & Excel files
- Simple automation scripting
Indian Market Knowledge
- Understanding of Indian business environment
- Awareness of regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RBI, MCA
- Knowledge of market dynamics related to operations and automation
Additional Skills
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
- Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
