About The Role
We are seeking a highly technical Operations & AI Systems Builder to join our dynamic team. This role is centered around developing, managing, and enhancing internal systems using advanced AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and automation workflows. Unlike traditional analyst roles, this position requires a hands-on builder who lives inside AI tools daily, executing tasks, automating workflows, debugging, researching, and shipping solutions efficiently. You will be responsible for creating and implementing AI-driven systems that improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess deep experience with AI coding tools and a strong technical background. You should be comfortable working independently to develop products and systems, with a proven ability to solve complex problems using AI-driven solutions. Familiarity with Next.js and Vercel is essential, along with strong skills in Google Sheets and SQL for data management and analysis. Experience with dashboards such as Metabase or Looker Studio is highly valued. You should demonstrate a high level of execution speed, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. The role requires someone who can independently figure things out using AI tools and adapt quickly to new challenges.
Responsibilities
- Build internal tools, automations, and workflows utilizing AI coding agents and automation platforms.
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and Cursor daily to execute tasks, develop solutions, and optimize workflows.
- Develop and maintain websites and systems using Next.js and Vercel to support operational and growth activities.
- Handle operational execution tasks, automating repetitive workflows to improve efficiency.
- Write complex SQL queries and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and operational data.
- Clean, reconcile, and manage operational data across multiple systems ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and implement AI-assisted systems for operations, reporting, and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build, automate, and enhance growth systems and workflows.
- Support the implementation of tracking, analytics, landing pages, automations, and AI-driven marketing infrastructure.
- Work closely with the growth and marketing leads to rapidly ship projects, iterate, and improve upon solutions using AI tools.
