About The Role
We are seeking a highly technical Operations & AI Systems Builder who will play a pivotal role in developing and managing internal systems using advanced agentic AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and automation workflows. This role is designed for individuals who live and breathe AI daily, utilizing these tools to execute, automate, build, debug, research, and deploy work rapidly and efficiently. Unlike traditional analyst roles, this position emphasizes hands-on building and operational execution, where the candidate will not only manage projects but also actively develop and implement solutions independently.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with AI coding tools and a strong technical problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in building products and systems independently is essential, along with familiarity with Next.js and Vercel for web development. Strong skills in Google Sheets and SQL are required, as well as experience working with dashboards such as Metabase or Looker Studio. The ability to operate swiftly in a fast-paced startup environment, combined with a high level of attention to detail, is critical. Candidates must be comfortable figuring things out independently using AI tools and demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and automation.
Responsibilities
- Build internal tools, automations, and workflows leveraging AI coding agents to improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar AI tools daily to develop and optimize systems.
- Design and maintain websites and operational systems using Next.js and Vercel.
- Handle operational execution tasks, automating repetitive workflows to save time and reduce errors.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and reports to monitor business performance.
- Clean, reconcile, and manage operational data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Create AI-assisted systems aimed at enhancing operations, reporting, and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to automate and improve growth systems, workflows, and marketing infrastructure.
- Support the implementation of tracking, analytics, landing pages, automations, and AI-driven marketing tools.
- Work closely with the growth and marketing leads to rapidly ship, test, and iterate projects using AI tools for maximum impact.
