About The Role
We are seeking a highly technical Operations & AI Systems Builder to join our team. This role is designed for a proactive individual who lives and breathes AI tools and automation workflows daily. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and executing internal systems using advanced agentic AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and automation workflows. Unlike traditional analyst roles, this position emphasizes hands-on building and rapid deployment of AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tools that support operational excellence, growth initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with a demonstrated ability to utilize AI coding tools effectively. Essential qualifications include extensive daily experience with AI platforms like Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and similar agents. A solid understanding of building products and systems independently is crucial, along with proficiency in Next.js and Vercel for website and system development. Strong skills in SQL and Google Sheets are required for data management, reporting, and dashboard creation. Experience working with dashboards such as Metabase or Looker Studio is highly valued. The candidate should demonstrate excellent execution speed, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving startup environment. Self-sufficiency and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential traits.
Responsibilities
- Build internal tools, automations, and workflows utilizing AI coding agents to streamline operations.
- Regularly use Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar AI tools to execute tasks, develop solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
- Design, develop, and maintain websites and internal systems using Next.js and Vercel.
- Handle operational execution tasks, automating repetitive workflows to improve efficiency.
- Create and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Cleanse and reconcile operational data across various systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop AI-assisted systems aimed at enhancing operational processes, reporting capabilities, and business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to automate and improve growth workflows, tracking, landing pages, and analytics infrastructure.
- Implement tracking systems, analytics, and automations to support marketing initiatives and AI-assisted campaigns.
- Work closely with growth and marketing leads to rapidly prototype, ship, and iterate projects leveraging AI tools for maximum speed and impact.
