About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a passion for transforming complex data sets into meaningful insights that can influence business decisions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including client services, to develop and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions tailored to client needs. The role involves handling large datasets, utilizing advanced tools such as Power BI, SQL, and the Microsoft ecosystem, and supporting multiple accounts across diverse industries. The ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders and support various projects in a fast-paced environment is essential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making processes and work on innovative analytics initiatives that impact our global client base.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with excellent analytical skills. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, particularly within workforce or staffing data, is required. Expertise in Power BI is mandatory, along with familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power Automate, Lakehouse environments, and Copilot. Hands-on experience with DAX, Tableau, and SQL commands is essential for success in this role. Knowledge of Vendor Management System (VMS) tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or VNDLY is highly advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to explain complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders and be adaptable to support multiple projects simultaneously. A strong understanding of US time zones and the flexibility to work during these hours are also necessary. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Work with large datasets, perform SQL queries, and utilize the Microsoft ecosystem tools such as Fabric, Azure, Power Automate, and Lakehouse to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with client services teams and external clients to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Train end users on analytics tools and reporting functionalities to foster self-sufficiency and data literacy.
- Support multiple client accounts across various industries, ensuring timely delivery of insights and reports.
- Handle predictive analytics, infrastructure updates, VMS transitions, and modifications to ticket-based reporting systems.
- Participate in regular meetings to explain analytical findings and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity and security while managing complex data environments.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytical capabilities through automation and innovative solutions.
