About The Role
We are seeking a highly technical Operations & AI Systems Builder to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a professional who lives and breathes AI tools and automation workflows. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, executing, and maintaining internal systems using advanced agentic AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and various automation platforms. Unlike traditional analyst roles, this position emphasizes hands-on building and rapid iteration using AI to solve complex operational challenges.
The ideal candidate will be deeply immersed in AI-assisted execution, capable of developing solutions independently, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. You will not only manage projects but also actively build and ship solutions that drive operational efficiency, growth, and automation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the company's technological future by integrating AI into core business processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Extensive daily experience with AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar platforms.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to independently develop and troubleshoot systems.
- Proficiency in building products and automations independently using AI tools.
- Experience with Next.js and deployment on Vercel.
- Solid skills in Google Sheets and SQL for data management, querying, and dashboard creation.
- Experience with dashboard tools such as Metabase, Looker Studio, or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to a rapidly changing startup landscape.
- Ability to figure out solutions independently using AI tools and resources.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal tools, automations, and workflows leveraging AI coding agents.
- Utilize Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms daily to execute tasks efficiently.
- Build and manage websites and systems using Next.js and Vercel.
- Automate operational tasks and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Write and optimize SQL queries; create and maintain dashboards and reports for operational insights.
- Clean, reconcile, and analyze operational data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop AI-assisted systems for operations, reporting, and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to automate and improve growth systems, tracking, and analytics infrastructure.
- Support the implementation of tracking pixels, landing pages, automations, and AI-enhanced marketing tools.
- Work closely with the growth and marketing leads to rapidly develop, test, and iterate projects using AI tools.
