About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team at AgileOne. This role is tailored for professionals who are passionate about transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making. As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing and managing dashboards, supporting multiple client accounts, and providing actionable analytics that enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with client service teams, external stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI, data analysis, and familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools such as Fabric, Azure, and Power Automate.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a combination of technical expertise and practical experience, including:
- Proven proficiency in Power BI, with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reports.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power Automate, Lakehouse environments, and Copilot.
- Demonstrated experience in Data Analysis, particularly with Workforce or Staffing data.
- Proficiency in DAX, SQL queries, and familiarity with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
- Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or VNDLY is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work US time zones to align with client requirements.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse set of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that support operational and strategic decision-making for various clients.
- Work with large datasets, utilizing SQL queries and Microsoft tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data effectively.
- Collaborate with client service teams and external clients to understand their analytics needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of analytics tools and reports.
- Support predictive analytics initiatives to forecast trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Implement infrastructure changes, manage VMS transitions, and modify reports based on client feedback and evolving requirements.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to present insights, discuss project progress, and recommend data-driven strategies.
- Maintain documentation of analytics processes, dashboard configurations, and data workflows for transparency and future reference.
