About The Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team at AgileOne. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, working with large-scale data sources, and supporting multiple client accounts across various industries. You will collaborate closely with client services teams and external clients to ensure analytics solutions meet their needs, while also providing training and support to end users. The role requires a proactive individual capable of handling predictive analytics, infrastructure changes, and reporting modifications in a fast-paced environment, all while supporting US time zones.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, with specific expertise in Power BI and related Microsoft ecosystem tools. A proven track record working with large datasets, SQL queries, and data visualization is essential. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power Automate, Lakehouse environments, and Copilot is highly desirable. Candidates should have prior experience analyzing workforce or staffing data, with familiarity in VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or VNDLY considered a significant advantage. Strong communication skills are necessary to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders, along with the ability to adapt to multiple projects in a dynamic environment. The role requires flexibility to work during US time zones.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage Power BI dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making processes.
- Work extensively with large datasets, creating complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data effectively.
- Collaborate with client services teams and external clients to understand their analytics needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support multiple client accounts across various industries, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Train end users on analytics tools and reporting functionalities to maximize the value of BI solutions.
- Handle predictive analytics projects, infrastructure updates, and transitions related to VMS tools and reporting systems.
- Implement and support VMS integrations such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or VNDLY to enhance workforce management analytics.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements, present insights, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain documentation of analytics processes, dashboards, and data pipelines for future reference and scalability.
