About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming unstructured career data into structured, decision-grade insights that directly impact investment decisions. Your primary responsibility will be analyzing operator CVs, board credentials, intake forms, and other career data to identify measurable signals of impact, scale, consistency, and outcomes. Sitting at the core of our verification and scoring engine, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to refine scoring logic, validation frameworks, and data cross-referencing methods. Your insights will help us improve how we convert complex, unstructured data into actionable intelligence for our clients, ultimately shaping the future of institutional human capital evaluation.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, equity research, investment analysis, consulting, or related fields. A strong understanding of the private equity, venture capital, and growth investing ecosystems is essential. You should be familiar with financial metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, ARR, valuation, and deal structures. The ability to interpret subtle cues in CVs and understand the difference between narrative and tangible business impact is critical. Strong analytical thinking skills, comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data, and a keen eye for detail are required. Bonus points for experience with platforms like PitchBook, Morningstar, deal sourcing, or due diligence workflows, as well as familiarity with data validation and scoring frameworks.

- Analyze operator CVs, board credentials, intake forms, and structured career data to extract relevant signals.
- Break down complex career trajectories into measurable indicators such as impact, scale, and outcomes.
- Build comprehensive, structured profiles that enable private equity and venture capital funds to evaluate operators efficiently and confidently.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine scoring algorithms, validation processes, and data validation frameworks.
- Cross-reference internal datasets with external signals to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Identify inconsistencies, inflated claims, or missing evidence within profiles, flagging areas for further review.
- Contribute to the development of methodologies for converting unstructured career histories into institutional-grade insights.
