About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and agile professional who can manage complex data operations while also supporting day‑to‑day office administration. This hybrid role combines RevOps/AM Data Analyst responsibilities with corporate administrative support, requiring someone who is flexible, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, automating processes, and facilitating smooth administrative operations to support our growing organization.

Qualifications

• Background in small to mid-sized SaaS, software development, or FinTech environments.
• Strong agility and comfort working in an evolving, fast-moving setup.
• Hands-on experience managing messy and fragmented datasets.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to drive accountability across teams.
• Willingness to handle a blend of data operations and corporate admin tasks.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Integrity: Manage, clean, and merge data from multiple sources (e.g., Salesforce, Finance, Legal, Delivery) to establish and maintain a reliable “single source of truth.” This involves ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various platforms to support strategic decision-making.
• Process Automation: Improve and automate repetitive data collection and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency. Utilize tools and scripts to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and ensure timely delivery of reports and insights.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, to follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Facilitate effective communication and data sharing among departments to support organizational objectives.
• AM Operational Support: Provide accurate data for internal reviews, customer meetings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to support the Account Management function. Assist in preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations that inform strategic discussions and client engagements.
• Office Administration: Oversee general office operations, ensuring smooth administrative functioning and continuity in the Hyderabad office during the transition. Tasks include managing supplies, coordinating meetings, and supporting onboarding processes to foster a productive work environment.
