Data Analyst – BI & Analytics

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Looker
- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
- Analyze data to generate meaningful business insights and recommendations
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality
- Support business teams with actionable insights and data-driven decision-making
- Continuously improve BI reporting processes and visualization standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence roles
- Strong hands-on experience in Tableau and/or Looker (mandatory skill)
- Strong SQL knowledge with practical hands-on expertise
- Good technical understanding of BI tools and data analytics concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Power BI, Databricks (optional)
- Exposure to data modeling and ETL concepts
- Experience working with cross-functional business teams
