Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Analyst at our Kanpur location. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. Responsibilities include creating data models, generating detailed dashboards and reports, identifying trends, and assisting in developing actionable insights. Successful candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data-driven strategies are implemented.
Key Responsibilities :
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
• Design interactive dashboards and MIS reports (Power BI / Tableau)
• Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
• Extract data from APIs, public sources, and web scraping (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium)
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to drive data-backed decisions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting standards
Skills & Expertise :
• Strong command of SQL and database handling
• Expertise in Power BI / Tableau for visualization
• Working knowledge of Python or R (preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to translate business problems into data solutions
Experience :
2–4 years in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence, preferably in B2B, marketplace, or trade environment
